Canadian born K2 Twins didn’t grow up as the naturally athletic guys people assume they were. Mihailo and Milos were the skinny kids. Sports helped, but real change came when they started training with structure, consistency, and accountability.
What began as two brothers pushing each other became years of studying movement, recovery, conditioning, and long-term physical performance far beyond the surface level.
Their work inside the Pulse community focuses on something most healthcare systems ignore entirely: the role movement plays in energy, recovery, resilience, stress regulation, metabolic health, and long-term performance.
