Who is Jack Health?
Jack Health is Canada's online men's health clinic. We help Canadian men feel their best by making it easy to access licensed clinicians, personalized treatment plans, and discreet home delivery — all from your phone or laptop. We currently offer treatments for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testosterone (TRT), hair loss, skin, weight loss, migraines, allergies, PrEP, and longevity.
Do I need a prescription to order?
All treatments offered by Jack Health are prescription medications and require approval from a Canadian-licensed physician or nurse practitioner. You don't need a prescription before you order — just select the treatment you're interested in, complete a free virtual visit, and our medical team will review your health history to confirm it's the right fit. If approved, your prescription is shipped directly to you. If our clinician determines a treatment isn't safe or suitable for you, your order is fully refunded.

Receive discreet home delivery — Your prescription is filled by a licensed Canadian partner pharmacy and shipped to your door in plain, unmarked packaging within 24–48 hours.
Get continuous care — Manage your plan and message your care team anytime through your patient portal with unlimited virtual support.
I already have a prescription, can I still order from Jack Health?
Absolutely. If you already have a valid prescription from a Canadian physician, our pharmacy team can transfer it over. Just email us at pharmacy@jack.health or message us via live chat with your prescription details, and we'll handle the rest.
Does insurance cover Jack Health treatments?
Many of our treatments are eligible for coverage through private drug plans and health spending accounts (HSAs). Coverage varies by insurer and plan, so we recommend checking with your provider directly. We'll provide an itemized receipt for every order that you can submit for reimbursement. If you'd like to use insurance at checkout, let our pharmacy team know when they reach out — we can apply your coverage and refund any portion paid out of pocket.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across Canada on every order. Your prescription arrives in plain, unmarked packaging within 24–48 hours of dispatch from our partner pharmacy.
Where is my prescription getting filled from?
Your prescription is filled by a licensed Canadian pharmacy in our partner network, or by a pharmacy of your choice if you prefer.
Where is Jack Health available?
Jack Health is available across all Canadian provinces and territories: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Please note: Our TRT, Longevity and Weight Loss Programs are not currently available in Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon, or Prince Edward Island.
How can I figure out where my shipment is?
Once your prescription is dispatched from our partner pharmacy, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log in to your patient portal at app.jack.health/treatments to view your order status. Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours of being shipped, anywhere in Canada. If you have questions about your shipment, our care team is reachable by text, phone, or email.
Where can I find information about my patient portal?
Your patient portal is your hub for managing your Jack Health care. You can log in anytime at app.jack.health/auth/login to:

Can I use my own pharmacy to fill a prescription from Jack Health?
Yes, if you prefer, you can request that your prescription be sent to a local pharmacy of your choice instead of using Jack Health’s partnered pharmacy network. This complies with Canadian telemedicine regulations, which allow patients the right to choose their preferred pharmacy. We will be charging a $40 visit fee if you choose this option.
